I can't even see where to join their site. How can you advertise when there is apparently nowhere to login ot join?

We het a number of enquiries from Homelidays, usually the German version. We were given a free 12 month "suck it and see" period with them and so far had 8 enquiries and 2 conversions.

First year (ish) of renting

Well, just completed our first 12/14 months and luckily not encountered too many problems. I suppose this is mainly due to having a good agent (meet and greeter) over in Hurghada who interacts with the clients and ensures they have everything they wish (within reason). It's always a worry being so f...

Better than this time last year

Things look ok at the moment, 3 confirmed bookings and 2 options which we are hopeful they will convert to confirmations. On top of this we have 3 promised bookings from last years clients (re-bookings) options on dates given whilst the flights are confirmed. So better than last year at this time. O...

We always take a £50 deposit on confirmation of booking and don't adjust the calendar until the deposit is received. then balance required six weeks prior to occupation (1 weeks grace). So far so good

Hi, I found the site packed full of information....perhaps too full for one read at it. In my humble opinion (I'm new to this as well) it needs to be a bit more punchy on the first page, something to grab the attention, it's quite easy for people to look at a site and discard it as being "just ...

Long term

We too have had enquiries regarding long term rentals, one for two months and one for 12 months.

What should I be wary of? Do I ask for money up-front plus a bond?

Any advice would be welcome.

Cheers

Re-Jigged

Well we are back after a very busy two weeks shopping and building things in the apartment. We also did a "deal" with a local hotel to allow our guests free use of their facilities.

We have altered the site somewhat and invite your comments!

Cheers

I think you'll find that PETA actively support ALF and openly fund illegal activities eg burning laboratories down etc.

Google PETA Terrorists....it may open your eyes a bit.
