I agree about using colour. My 1750s cottage has had a recent kitchen and the units are a pale colour.

Summer will hopefully be ok but be prepared to refund anyone at the moment. If the vaccination programme keeps...

Good advice above. Do not sign up with any agency that does not allow unlimited owner bookings. You will need websites for each property, or one linked site. Some people may want to book more than one of your properties if they are Holidaying with friends and family so they will need to see availabi...

If the brokers (Boshers) are being difficult, raise a complaint with the underwriters. This has worked for people with insurance through Schofield’s.
then onto the Ombudsman, it is all about the wording in your policy, but the Supreme Court has looked carefully at that.

Thanks Jo. My partner has requested to join that Facebook group on a couple of occasions but has not been granted access. It's interesting to hear that others have had success though, so I will query again with Schofields. Thanks again for your help. I had to set up a personal Facebook page before ...

Firstly, your property is beautiful, and the footage really shows that. (Didn’t see anything about parking or the front access of the property?) If I had any criticism it’s that I found the zooming in and out made me eventually feel a bit queasy. It would be improved if you slowly panned around the ...

It’s a difficult time to recommend insurers as so many companies have not behaved very well during the Covid pandemic, to the extent there has been a test case brought to the High Court (now subject to appeal) by the FSA. I don’t think anyone is impressed at the moment. You do need specialist insura...
