I am talking about my French bank where no transactions are posted on line between Saturday and Tuesday. It is not that the payment is not there, it is just that I can't see it. I think most French banks work like this. I called my own a couple of weeks ago after a payment due in my account on Frid...

I've left them a 1 star review for their lack of enquiries and bookings, and the fees charged to both me abd guest, then deactivated my listing. I've had enough.

I've just stayed in a hotel with the same arrangment. It's great as I can soak in the bath after a long day in the car and hubby can have a shower at the same time. If there's plenty of space go for it. You can have a shower screen over a bath though, no need for a curtain if you don't want one. I h...

Could just be there's a doggy smell from their bedding, which will go with them when they leave? I do try with mine, and hang them all out to air every day if I can. Air fresheners sound a good idea, maybe those solid Neutradol ones that absorb the odours, and some Febreeze in the end of stay cleani...

I've had little or no interest from either HA or TA for many months. Most of my winter bookings have been direct to website, via my apartment manager or from Booking.com . Yes, commission for BC is steep, but so these days are HA and TA.
They then book direct when they return.

I've just had a nest installed, I think you can remotely lock the min and max temps while allowing the guests to still adjust the temperature, but I haven't had a chance to sit down and look at it properly yet.

Leather damage might be possible to repair, using a kit from the Furniture Clinic. I'm about to attempt it on some scratches left by my wayward cat when we were on holiday. There are also video guides and instructions on how to carry out the repairs.

My own are not quite as good as I would expect either . Christmas and New Year, and two of the French half-term weeks are still empty. They are what we rely on as the main rental income, other weeks are a bonus. We were there ourselves last Christmas and although the UK press was full of reports of ...
