You just have to watch you follow the rules, and set your prices and minimum stays correctly from the start. Finding them best for out of season bookings...

I don't have the room for a separate lockable cupboard or chest, hence the ottoman bed. No-one can really tell it it there, and everything underneath is either bagged or boxed. No-one has helped themselves without permission.

You may need an additional option to take card payments online. .Yes, you can set up a Stripe account, but it isn't easy to just add it to PMP. You need something like PIMS see www.holidayrentalmanagement.com to enable Stripe to work.

I know UK owners who simply alter something on their BC listing to make it a different product. They may offer an early checkin on one but not the other or include cleaning.

Create a new invoice, and skip sending it, use the Save and record payment option' at the bottom. There's an option to charge a credit card. If there is a saved card, it will allow you to charge it.

What makes you think e-richard doesn't have a 'real job'? Browsing electronic 'chit-chat' may even be part of it. As he runs a web-based system for managing holiday rentals, I would jolly well hope he was online, and keeping his finger on the button. You imply that being online is a waste of time an...

A friend declined a booking as it was for over-occupancy, but as BC don't class children under 2 in the occupancy figures, they made her pay the extra for the rebooked accommodation, despite there not being enough beds for the 7 people who wanted to stay in a 5 person apartment. As it uses bunks and...
