Can I share my very stressful week, more than a week actually. Guests in for 2 weeks, arrived Friday week ago, the following Monday they report the wifi very intermittent and the dishwasher playing up. Have you had contact with the guests Bluebell? Are they complaining? They might be perfectly ok sightseeing etc for the first couple of days. Is the pool safe for them but still just cloudy?

We've discovered that our insurance company will not cover it while it's in use! Nor will they cover it from 11pm-7am unless taken from a locked garage, or mechanical, electrical or breakdown of any kind. Not much point in insuring it at all!

We're still dithering about whether to let them have access or not.....
