Hi Jags Glad you're finding some support. I think there is a huge increase in offers of £30 a night for two on airbnb which will be taking a lot of business. Unfortunately, these hosts are often finding that the guests' behaviour and treatment of their property tends to align with these cheap rates!...

Yes, I've followed that up but I think there's something weird. She hasn't called me back/telephoned. airbnb don't know what's going on either.

Maybe I just opened my calendars too late.
