Cotswold Water Park lakeside 3 bedroom lodge for sale

Sadly the day job and life have caught up with me and i'm finding it challenging to run two holiday homes and our buy to let down in Bristol (first world problem, i know!). Not an easy decision, but we will be putting One Spring Lake ( http://www.onespring.co.uk/ ) on the market in a few weeks after...

ABB regularly send me emails telling me to reduce my minimum stay and their dynamic pricing regularly tells me to lower my rates. Slamming that inventory full is all these guys and gals are worried about... ... but, their access to market data, occupancy rates etc and their ability to drive analytic...

I'd start by reading Nest's terms of service and ensure there are no nasties but based on experience in my day job they'll pass responsibility of data ownership to you as a data processor to ensure you inherit that responsibility. Gut feel is outside pointing, no... but worth running by a lawyer (le...

We have restrictive covenants on both properties but actually enforcing their use can be for holiday home purposes only. Very clearly stated in all agent pre-sale content and requires conveyancers with knowledge of the contracts. Not heard of covenants restricting use from a holiday let but not surp...

I provide a starter basket (and chemical free firelighters) for the woodburners. Thereafter I charge guests £2.50 per basket, all of which goes to our nominated charity which, this year, is the Devon Air Ambulance, but they need to collect it from the woodshed themselves. ^Now that's got me thinkin...

We provide unlimited logs FoC at both properties. We have no gas so it's a cheaper option than guests slamming our electric radiators. In reality i imagine they have the fire going with the rads and all windows open, but such is life! We stayed in a lovely cottage in ireland a few weeks ago. Marred ...

2'6 (small) single guest beds

So our builder is really keen not to install sliding doors at the new house meaning we're looking for small (2 foot 6) guest beds with trundles underneath. Despite lots of time scouring the internet earlier we're not finding much. Ideally something like https://theoakbedstore.co.uk/products/heywood-...

Re setting variable weekly seasonal pricing with ABB it's a bit painful / hidden but instructions at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/503/how-do-i-set-custom-or-seasonal-pricing We have a + cleaning fee (a "trivial" £45 on each property) per stay to help offset the overhead of shorter...

Had the same this morning. The user journey is very broken as the first dropdown it guides you towards is VAT related which i didn't want to touch with a barge pole! If you pick the second dropdown it's a guided set of menus where you basically exempt yourself (assuming you're not a US citizen and t...
