Because of the tax implications I have been looking into having our gites rated to benefit from the 71% tax allowance. As far as I can see it costs 160€ for the visit and the rating lasts five years. no annual charges for this just a one off payment?
Any advice who has done this appreciated

I just wanted to add thanks for showing me what a difference you can make with better photos. Mine need a re-vamp but we are re-decorating and laying new flooring so you have given me some good ideas for taking the new photos when the work is done.

top of the list at the moment are fario and arc-en-ciel as those are the variety of trout we have in the lake.
not 100% convinced though that these are the ones!! Not very inventive with names as call the two ducks who visit our lake m et mme quacky duck!!!
