I agree with all of the above, but if there is an inconvenience (see what I did there ) I think a gesture goes a long way to smoothing things out, bottle of wine, flowers or maybe a discount if they book again.

I would suggest that, unless there is something negative to say, then the review of the guest should be wholly positive, they paid, they turned up, they left without leaving a problem behind = perfect guest.

Another thing we do is to ask those with kids to put to one side any of the old inflatables they find which are u/s, or their ones which they puncture, so that we can dispose of them correctly.
