I need to obtain an energy certificate for our villa. I presumed I would get it from EDP who supply our electricity but reading another forum there was this question and the reply suggested you had to get a certificate from an electrician - and of course pay for it!!

I can't believe it - I have 13 weeks booked already for next year.
Three bookings are repeat from this year which is always nice.

We were only slightly down on bookings for 2011 but I think 2012 is going to be hard. We have not had as many enquiries and bookings come in January and February for this year. Also people seem to want mid week changeovers rather than Saturday or 10 days rather than 14

We use Easyjet Bristol to Faro and always find that on that route there is never the full 25% or whatever the sale discount is. The wording is "up to xx%" so not always the full discount on the advert for all flights/routes!! Same applies to Ryanair Bournemouth to Faro - they never seem to...

I started out leaving hand and bath towels + bath sheet per person but now due to the cost of laundry just do hand towels and bath sheet. The only thing about doing this is that I can't buy the M & S fantastically priced towel bales!! I would appreciate views on bath towel or bath sheet.

Thank you Richard I had seen the expat forum but not the other one. We have both a bore hole and a fosse. There are now rumours that registration has now been extended to 2010!! I do hope so - we are out to Portugal for a week on Tuesday and were hoping to have a relaxing time for a change this visit
