In fact, I refused to list my property still.

They now are EventfulStays.com Last year I asked them to put my property offline, given they were unable to fix the calendar synchronization issue. After sending them several emails about it, they replied that they were unable to find my complaints! Here's their full reply: "There is nothing el...

We had the energy certification, electrical and not sure what else. I will check but I will be very annoyed if we have paid for things unnecessarily. Electrical and gas certification are not needed anymore, since the new law that took place on November last year. Energy certification I am almost su...

The AL sign is only mandatory when you rent rooms (estabelecimentos de hospedagem) and not the whole place. Which certificates are your lawyers talking about? Why is it taking so long? Opening an AL in Portugal is so easy nowadays, as you only need a few things (like fire extinguisher, complaints bo...

I don't understand so much negative criticism towards AirBnb pricing algorithm. They are offering it for free and it is not mandatory to follow their suggestions. Is it even their fault if most people are listing very low prices, which surely will influence the prices we are getting? Yes it is part...

While I do agree and also observed most of the things that you guys have said, I don't feel that there is so much necessity for everyone to jump all over tiny.

I'm starting to feel awkward having replied to him and believed that there is something to learn from what he has been through.

The information I posted in beginning of June is correct. In fact, it seems that everyone will have this option available soon. Furthermore, the 15% host fee will only happen once, ie in the first booking accepted by the host. Subsequent bookings, whether made by the same guest or any other, will ag...

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can publish your story, regardless of your profile.

I think you just have to ask to join the group before.

Well tiny, regarding communication, I was never against you. ;) I'm sure that you are aware that this is an open forum where anyone can share their opinions, whether they are honest or not. So, thanks for your sharing. Since no one here seems to be much interested in replying to you, I would like to...

I agree with you and don't see any difference between entering the numbers in PayPal or in a card reader.

In fact, I think the cardholder customer can dispute any transaction, right?

Still, where can I do it in PayPal?
I have a merchant account and cannot see how.

Not as confused as me. If you were to pass on the credit card details and show complete disregard for security like booking.com obviously do, then I could enter them into PayPal or my website to charge against the card. I don't need a machine to do this. How? I don't have that option in PayPal, whi...
