Why are you not allowed to advertise a security deposit is required which is refundable at least you are being truthful, if you dont state it in your ad then how can you enforce it. I would never take a booking without a security deposit, i'd sooner have the property empty, are these Ebay rules?

Hi Richard. I went into that site but only looked at the first page which loaded ok. I have done a scan and also used cc cleaner and my computer seems ok. Is there any other outward signs I should look for? Thanks Jayjan

Wish we had early bookings like you vroogie, keep thinkin we may get some golfers but we are very slow through the low season. I am sure you will get your peak months booked easily as its the main months for childrens holidays out of school. Best of luck. Regards Jayjan
