I need to update the automatic message sent by HL/TA giving arrival details once a guest has paid the final balance.

When I set it up there was a template section but I can't find this now. Anyone know how to do this?

Just received my first booking using OD online payment system. Guest has paid with credit card. Just wondered how long will it take to get into my account and whether they keep the bond or do I have to refund it back

If you go with an agency they vary on how it works but from what I've seen when looking into it they take control of the bookings, you get some weeks for yourself but would guess that they probably wouldn't want up to be having peak weeks. We have a good tie up with Ingrid Flute they are really flex...

We get a bit of business from an agency who charges 18% +vat. We also advertise via local tourist info who charge 10%. I think the big agencies charge around 20% + Vat.

For this reason we don't provide one and guests have to,bring their own. No one has asked for one for bookings which we have this year. Last year we had a couple of queries but parents were happy to bring their own.

We have friends who have a villa just outside of Nerja who are looking for a management company to look after the property, organise cleans, laundry, sort problems out when they arise. Wondered if anyone on LMH could recommend anyone in that area
