Flip key issues and price

Hi all. I am really surprised with the mess FK made with their website and reputation. FK has been working on the clock for the last 5 years and suddenly it is all problems. Apparently they are merging (with Homeliday Lettings?) and they are failing in every way. Apart the new ugly and useless entra...

Your holiday homes

Hi all,
I have been contacted by Andrea this week as well.
The usual cold call and the usual blah blah.
After being scammed by Sunny Rentals a couple of years ago I have decided not to put my money in any website that I never heard of and that comes to my knowledge through a cold call.
Best

Re: Sunnyrentals...very cloudy

Hello, I listed with them with the same thoughts...targeting the Scandinavian market... but no luck, a TOTAL waste of my money and the time I spent listing with them. I contacted them asking for a refund, since I had not received a single enquiry...nor referral to my website. I got a standard polit...

Their offer to us was EUR 1,000 (from normal price of EUR 2,080) for 20 adverts. Update: 12 weeks advertising with Sunny Ren...

Holiday Rental Planners

Hi all,
Has anybody experience with this website?
I received an unsolicited call from them and they sound a lot like Sunny Rentals which turned out to be a truly bad experience.

Is it just me: I get a feeling that this site is a very amateur clone of Airbnb. Their target owners are people who have never rented before, but may have a spare room in their apartment and want to make a but of spare cash but have no clue on how to go about it. They are very opaque about how they...

Re: sunnyrentals

Does anyone have any experience of sunnyrentals.com? I think they're aimed at the Scandinavian market. Can anyone recommend sites targetting this market? Many thanks Hi Brendan, Just scroll up for previous comments on Sunnyrentals: they are not worth the money no matter the discount they offer you ...

Still Sunny Rentals: Was contacted by them in December. Usual sunny rentals too aggressive style: daily phone calls, immediate emails and corky attitude. To cut them off I decided to ask for a 60% discount and they immediately agreed. It raised my suspicious but it was so cheap I decided to give it ...

Would you recommend Guestscan or not? From what you say it is like a possibility in a million...
I have my own black list as well, but not likely those guests would dare to inquire again, unless by mistake...

Hi Dominique, If there was a "black list" homeowners could check it would not matter if guests were first or second timers. If you saw Mr. X had been put on the list for a homeowner in Lisbon due to coming back to the flat drunk every night and disturbing neighbours it would be likely he w...
