Under the recent directive the Chalet should offer an alternative date or refund the money within an 18 month period. We havent been told to close but client have been told they cant come! If you can get the TPE help it is 1500€! And the law as it stands now (in France) is we must contact all our clients who have booked between the 1/3/20-30/9/20 before mid April and offer them, if they wish to not to continue with their reservation alternative dates within a 18 month period or re-re...

Are the government giving you any support in light of them ordering a refund?? (Sorry, I don’t trust my rusty French to try and understand your link). I just start a new post in the France section of the forum regarding this, as i had guests cancelling Thursday evening who were supposed to arrive the next day. They are asking for a full refund!
