I wil be leaving 72 hrs between bookings but would like to get a long term (more than 3 weeks) booking which may be possible as we get quite a few who are between moving house. I think removing items such as books, etc is not necessary as they allow parcel delivery and post and say no evidence virus...

to update you. My local Authority have sent me the letter telling me how to claim. I didn't do anything recontacting them previous to this. It was a very quick process done online in a few minutes. I signed up to these but cannot deal with their calendar and other bits of their software. I’ve decided to knock it on the head but cannot see how to deactivate my account. I’m with AirBnB and their processes are so much clearer.

ive had loads of bookings from them but what winds me up is I offer really good value for money for a high quality product and they are continually telling me I should reduce my prices to get more bookings.

i managed in the end to find a phone number and got the issue resolved very quickly. the number was 0208 3318 1111. you have t enter your verified tel number and the '£ sign they said but no £ sign on my phone so I pressed the hash key and it got me through no problem.
