Even thoughguests came from a different source, if you input their name as a reservation on Homeaway system then yes they can post a review but you need to do one first on them. That's what I always do.

I am thinking to register with Coolstays.com but I couldn't find anywhere on their page where they state their fees. Do they charge an annual fee and how much please?

Thank you hells bells, I do not fancy going on booking.com. I am presently looking at diferent sites based in France but so far have been unlucky in that most sites are either only for France or else do Europe but not Malta!

I' msure Ive seen on this forum someone saying OD & homeaway can pay you through paypal. Can you tell me how to do this as I have asked 6 moths ago and they told me they can only accept to pay me by bank transfer.

Been listing with OD for the last 14 or 15 years. so probably a glitch with their software.

I read somewhere here that OD can pay pay the proceeds of the rentals to your paypal account, and I understood that the deposit comes straight to the apartment owner. Is this correct?
