Would consider swapping for anywhere in the UK, swap a week for a week during half term, or a long weekend.

Ive also found that a lot of our guests this year come from Germany and the Netherlands. The suggestions so far are very helpful. Does anyone else know any any other german listing sites. Germany is such a large market and i feel that by only using homeaway (the german upgrade) and ferienhausmeite.d...

Just wondering if anyone has had experience of this listing site to secure enquiries/bookings? They are asking £49 per year for a listing. Their google rankings seem very good for google UK and google IR. We have a place in Portugal (obviously!) and at the moment we have it listed with several sites...

I'd be interested to hear some views/experiences of people who have let their properties to holidaymakers. In particular, is it is best to use a lettings manager/agent to try and find bookings, who will obviosly takes a cut of the rental income, or is it better on the whole to advertise yourself? We...
