The current euro/pound rate has enabled us to offer our home for the price of €210 000. This is our final, no-offers price as we won't be able to afford anything in the UK if we go any lower.

Our house is still for sale, at the bargain price of €220 000. If you don't believe me, make some comparisons for yourself of what you will get for this amount of money. Our website has changed and is now shown below.

Thank you, Normandie. Yes, we are already registered with her. I agree that she has a very professional attitude. She is English but living in France and working as an estate agent.

The saying goes, "Never say never"! Well, for health reasons our home remains for sale and the price has been reduced to only €240000!

Final reduction! €260 000. If it doesn't sell at this price, it will be withdrawn and we will move into our gite and then sell that instead. So the last chance (up to Christmas) to get a bargain!

Please see my previous post. Also I just had a look at their website today, did a search and found that they only have five properties in all of Normandy, Upper and Lower. Looks like they are not doing too well.
