To continue our request for help, can anyone advise on how much we should be paying for a meet and greet service to include cleaning the house (3 beds), laundry and small pool. I've been quoted 10% of total rental fee for meet +10Euro/hour for clean (4 hrs pre-visit plus 4 hrs post-visit) + 10 euro ...

Went to the Town Hall, they said I don't need any permission from them, just go ahead and rent it!! Surely this is not correct?

I also need an agent to look after our property and lettings, do any of you have any recommendations?

Well it's been 7 years since my last post regarding Hurghada. We still have the apartment and are still renting it out although numbers have dropped off due to the massive increase of all inclusive hotels. These do the locals no favors whatsoever as the reps from the hotels are telling their guests ...
