insurance

We're coming up to re-insuring our properties and have been advised that we'd get a better deal through Spanish companies. (we're Spanish Residents and have no UK properties). The most important thing for us is the public liability element. Any advice welcome

Muchas Gracias

Forget machines. Nothing can beat a Moka pot (standard here in Spain) or French press - we provide both for our guests.

Thanks folks. It's actually been on the market for 18 months, and we've dropped the price by 50K - go figure.

We'll keep trying. I'm about to put together a Facebook Ad, but at the moment can't seem to be able to do it without linking it to the FB page we set up for it.

Thanks for your kind words folks

However it's been on the market for some time, with various agents, but not a single offer. So if anyone has any ideas about alternative marketing we'd be very grateful.

Gracias

No a pool is NOT essential in Spain, but it depends.... We have earned a decent living for years letting out 3 traditional properties in a beautiful White Village. There is more to Spain than Mojitos by the pool ...just sayin'..... ;) However , of course ours is a niche market and on the whole the o...

Beautiful Andalucian White Village house - 175,000 euros

The Casa de Luz was originally our own holiday home when we first bought it 16 years ago. We lived in it for a while when we first moved to Spain, and since then it has provided us with a income as a fully licensed holiday rental (vivienda rural). Now we are both pensioners and in less need of the i...

Camel - at the moment, if you are in receipt of a UK State Pension then an S1 is all you need to get entitlement to free healthcare in Spain. That and proof of your pension is all you'll need to get residency. You apply for the S1 from the UK Pensions Office. The will aslo issue you with a new EHIC ...

Europeans Seeing as your website is a co.uk your prices will have to be in pounds as that is a UK based domain name. What utter nonsense - they don't " have " to be in any particular currency. Thankfully you are still in total control of how you manage your website (as long as it's legal....
