This is not something I would necessarily want to implement, but I have recently heard of another property owner asking for emergency contact details from people who book with them.

No thats not a mistake/typo as they confirm the number of days at 36.

This has come in as a straight email and BCC, so clearly sent to many others and I am always very suspicious of this type off enquiry.
