Thanks, so inputting the details on a self assessment form is advisory to HMRC, it won't get me a bill?

Tax Implications of Owning In France

If you are a UK tax payer and own in France and submit a tax return in France, when declaring that in the UK via self assessment do you get taxed again?

Have a leaseback in Les Arcs for 11 years. Potentially selling and using equity to buy smaller for cash. Can anyone recommend an English speaking solicitor/notaire I can speak to re costs etc?

Our expert comptable charges 350€ per hour, and they don't get the tax return in on time (450€ majoration / amande this year), despite having the figures at the end of May. I don't think what you're paying is unreasonable (for France), and your tax investigation insurance is included. If they haven...
