Be warned if you rent a car through Alamo they are not including brakedown cover and are offering you it for $4 per day yet their web site clearly states you get it free.
I have made formal complaint to Alamo and awaite a responce and will post when i get it..

I know managment companies are both good and bad but this crew takes the prize for bad.
