Re: Guest with Covid

Thanks Casscat and Jo.
I contacted PASC and they said the 72 hours buffer wasn't given as guidance even in the height of the pandemic. I've asked the agency to look into their guidance as I think it's outdated and I'll refer them to the newsletter you mention.
Many thanks for your help

Guest with Covid

Hi Our rental agency has called me as the exiting guests have said they have covid. The rental agency has said that they can't allow new guests in for 72 hours...which means that we will lose a week's rental as they won't come at all. At this stage of the pandemic, do you know what the right protoco...

Thank you for all your replies. It looks like it might be best for me to check with the local Police. I would only be going the night before so that I can meet the electrician and take deliveries of things that are too big to transport from home. I was going to take my own food so would be completel...

Staying over to maintain a property

Hi Does anyone know if it's ok to stay over to get a house ready to rent out after 29th March? We bought a house in October but still have so much to do to get it ready as we haven't been able to visit. I can take a COVID test before I go so wouldn't be being irresponsible but not sure if it's allow...

Zip and link toppers

Hi
Do you use Zip and Link toppers on your Zip and Link beds?

The Out of Eden Zip and Link topper is 180 x 200cm whilst the HCB Zip and Link bed is 180 x 190cm! Does this overhang matter??

Thank you for your help!
