Hi, I've had a new year booking request (via Airbnb) and their profile says they live in London. Based on today's news I've denied the booking as London is now Tier 3 (so no overnights). They've come back and said they don't live in London but Devon. Spoken to Airbnb support who have said they can't...

Thanks for all your input. We've decided to go it alone next season (using Airbnb, local tourist board (who don't charge Commission) and maybe HL and see how it goes.

Cottages didn't really seem bothered we wanted to terminate, as I thought they have too many properties.
