We were fully booked for season. Then covid struck. A couple of brave returners managed to come. Many have now moved to next year. Once the calendar opened up again I was inundated with Requests from France and Spain. I was getting so many enquiries I decided to raise my prices. I quickly filled al ...

Steep slope
I am in the Axarquia region of Andalucia. Don't think Terracing would be possible. Mixture of loose slatey rock and soil. Would really like some plants that spread quickly to hold the ground and have a good root system I have heard that the vetiver grass works well although they do appear to be mixe...

Water usage villa rentals. Andalucia
Im interested in average water usage whilst renting our villa. 3 bed two bath. We rented last year for first time and were shocked to receive a bill showing 141m3 water used in a quarter. In some areas this may be ok as water is cheap. Ours is not anything over 41m3 costs 4.6 euros per m3 so our bil...

Dafo
No it wasn't Possible to avoid DAFO. The house was not fully legal either but as the house had been there over 10 years it was approved. However they use satellite photos and picked up in fact that pergola was a recent addition so this was disallowed.
Dafo
We had to get a Dafo It's nit an easy process. There was an illegal pergola and thus had to come down and cannot be put up. So if there's illegal extension it will be a problem. Good luck
